Our high resolution multi-channel caliper tools are designed to detect and measure pipeline bore reduction possibly caused by buckles, ovality, dents, valves, bend, tees, girth welds and pipe wall thickness changes.

These pipeline bore reductions are detected by the tool using specially designed multiple springs loaded sensing fingers configured to maintain 360^○ circumferential coverage. Our diagonally packed high density sensing fingers enables us to double the resolution as compared to conventional industry standard.

Our tool is lightweight and compact in design, making it easy to handle the tool at site, reducing transportation costs significantly. The compact design enables the tool to negotiate 25% of the pipeline diameter which will minimize the risk of the tool stuck occurrence.

XYZ mapping unit can be equipped to the tools to obtain both, caliper/geometry data and mapping data during a single run.
